Question 1
When was a time you dealt with office conflict, can you work overtime, why do I want to work for the company, how do you feel your prior work experience will benefit you in this role, what are your long term and short term goals
I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Shelton, CT) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview consisted of a phone interview followed by an in person interview at the lab. There is a tour of all the stations followed by a hands on portion that requires no experience but gives you an idea of the type of tasks you may have to do.
Applied online, a few weeks later got a call back. Did a phone interview then callled on for a face to face interview. Questions asked were straightforward and then we took a tour of the lab.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Mebane, NC)
Interview
Just know how to use a pipet, do a little background research on the department and ask questions. Not a hard interview at all, and only one interview. Just be personable.
