      Desktop Publisher Interview

      24 Jun 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Indianapolis, IN
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2017

      Interview

Used STAR method. It was pretty lax, probably because they were a bit desperate for help. The department had a very high turnover rate, which is probably why it's being outsourced. Of course, if they had higher standards, they would have probably had better results with their employees, but it seems the company wasn't interested in investing that much into the department.
