It took four months before being contacted after submitting an online application. The interviewing manager read from a scripted list of questions. The interviewer had no real interview skills so I was not challenged by tough questions that would really reveal my skills and experiences. Once on board, training was minimal. I had to learn most aspects of the job through trial and error and from my own initiatives.
