Interview
Overall it was an easy interview. They asked a lot about situational type questions. There were only two managers who interviewed me. They asked about my previous work experience and schooling and how it would apply to my work at Covance.

Describe a time there was a problem at work where a confrontation resulted. How did you handle it?
Online application, then a phone screening discussing experience, what you know about labcorp, what do you feel about animal testing etc., after that an onsite interview with 3 managers and then got shown around the labs.

What assays (genetic toxicology) do you know about?
Very nice and quick. Questions were not difficult to answer. They answered all my questions and gave great insight about company. The day to day was not enough for me. The manager was super cool.

Interview
There was a phone screening and then an interview over zoom a few days later. Both were pretty standard with no crazy questions. The HR person was very nice and communicative which was also good; I've had bad experiences in the past in that regard.
