There was a HR call that asked why you want to work for the company. Then we set up the in person interview. Supervisor showed me around the lab and then we sat down for in person interview. The group interview went pretty well. They were all behavioral questions. I got the job offer 2 weeks later.

I had a virtual interview as i could not travel due to short notice, but they prefer in person at this stage. I truly enjoyed the interaction with the team (team of 3)

For a batch of test results, you noticed one with high ion ration but the retention time matched. What would you do?
Phone screen with HR rep.
Then next stage phone interview with hiring manager and supervisor. Then preemployment screening. If everything goes smoothly then you start work pretty fast. The questions asked were mostly technical.
