I applied online. Two days later I received an email asking when I could be available for a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled for the following day. I spoke with the recruiter. Really quick; about 15 minutes. She asked general questions about my experience and my thoughts on animal testing. She talked about the position and the starting salary. She scheduled me for a face to face interview with the hiring manager for the very next day.
The face to face interview was with two managers (I think) . They were both really friendly and easy to talk to (although I was super nervous) . They took turns asking questions that they wanted answered in STAR format. Some questions were a little strange but for the most part it was your normal "tell me about a time" question and what's your strength and weakness. The interview lasted for roughly 30 minutes and I was told I should hear back from the recruiter in a week or so. In less than an hour I received a call from the recruiter saying they would like to move forward with the hiring process.
