You get a phone interview due to COVID. The interview was pretty straightforward. Make sure to always use STAR answers when answering interview questions. If you don't know what STAR is look it up before your interview.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a difficult customer. How did you handle the call.
This interview was Easy , short and sweet. Manager was nice and friendly. Very relatable and relaxed, but knowledgeable. This is all i have to say , ok thank you very much
The company does like a lot of interviews which is ok.. when the recruiter called and I told her my minimum salary. It was about many interviews that it was discovered that my number and the company’s number was pretty far apart.

First it’s a phone interview and then if you pass that they’ll invite you to a video interview with two hire managers on webex that last about 15 minutes and they’ll email you or call if they want to move on with you
