Interview
Industry standard interview. Give a 50 minute seminar with 10 mins for questions, then you have 6ish meetings. One with colleagues and 5 with higher-ups. One will be your direct boss and his boss, then team leads from other teams.

It was mostly general questions, with a couple of STAR questions sprinkled in.
They used a Behavorial - based STAR interview technique. The predictor of future behavior is past behavior. For example, tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
Fast and efficient process. First contacted by talent acquisition and went through a screening call. If selected to move forward, separate interviews were scheduled with the hiring manager and other members on the team.

The first phone interview was with the human resources followed by a second phone interview with the hiring manager. Questions included past experiences and described the job role and expectations.
