The opening was posted on a state job site (Indiana Career Connect) associated with the state unemployment department (Department of Workforce Development.) I've noticed this company has frequent openings posted there. I submitted my resume online w/o a cover letter. I thought I was under-qualified so I was surprised to receive an email not long after I applied asking to set up a phone screening interview. (Later found out all the other applicants were vastly OVER-qualified.) It instructed me to pick 2 times convenient to me. I had the phone interview. The lady was polite and told me it would be a behavioral interview and proceeded to ask me about past work situations that seemed to focus on my ethics. She also asked me how I felt about animal testing since the company does that at another location.

Question 1
Nothing really since I had researched the company and their interviews. She gave me the opportunity to ask anything I wanted and told me the specifics of the job like what I'd be doing and the shift hours (which were 2p-1030p Tues-Sat, so forget ever seeing your kids.) The entire interview was less than 15 minutes. Three days later I got another email to set up face-to-face interviews at the company.
