Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Sorry to hear your interview experience from over 3 years ago was not a great one. Turnover then was a bit higher, considering we were just a small startup. Now that we have grown quite a bit since 2013, our interview process differs greatly and has improved substantially. Today, in 2016, we now have 3 step interview process. First, a telephone prescreen, then a face to face interview with the District Manager and finally, a phone interview with the C.O.O.
