I was disappointed by the employees who worked here. I was asked psychometric questions and they seemed disinterested in my experience. I had to travel for the interview and I felt they wasted my time and I was only given an interview to tick a box. I filled out an application task which they asked nothing about and took my notes at the end with little appreciation,

Sent CV and cover letter, invited to a Zoom interview after a week with the MP and office manager, written test before interview which was a policy response to a constituent
