Lacamas Laboratories interview questions

It was pretty standard, I talked with the owner and two others over the phone once. A few days later I did an on site interview where I gave a brief presentation of my previous work. I was grilled by the owner a little about my work similar to a graduate school oral exam. There was a tour of the facilities, meetings with the owner and others in the company followed by lunch. The attire for the onsite interview was business casual. Most people I met that day wore a polo shirt and blue jeans or kakis.
