Lackawanna College interview questions

It starts with a twenty minute Video interview and then a twenty minute teaching demo where you are able to ask questions. It is then followed by another interview with the president

When I was hired, they were desperate to find a professor to teach this class, my resume showed that I was more than qualified for the position, so the interview was more me interviewing the dean rather than being interviewed. Since then, every semester, I have been offered classes to teach. I did interview for a full time position, and the interview was more traditional before a board.
