Went in for an open day and was given 15 minutes to complete a 20 question numeracy test, was fairly basic "If a customer puts x, y and z amounts on 3 bets and pays n amount how much change should he receive?" there is a threshold of 15 correct answers to progress to the next stage. This was followed by a short interview and then I was told they'd get back to me by 8pm that night and I'm now through to a second interview
