There are two steps:
- you have a first interview with an HR representative and your future manager. The goal is to see if you would fit in and also of course your capacities
- the second interview is more practical and you meet the head of your department, you have questions regarding the website. It is like you are doing the job on a 2 hour test and they can judge if you would fit.
Everything happened in two weeks, I found the HR team very nice and effective.
