I had 3 rounds of interview 2 technical+ 1 tech + managerial. Interview experience was good. But not sure why they have didn't offer. I have travelled to office for 3 interview, waste of time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Laerdal Labs D.C. (Washington, DC)
Interview
Had two phone interviews. First one was with a director of operations who had done interviewing for years. Spoke about the company and my resume. Asked me to compare the different positions I had in the past. Second interview was with the lead developer. He got fixated on one technology listed on my resume (that wasn't my main focus) out of interest. Was concerned with out systems worked rather than just putting them into practice.

Interview
I scheduled an interview on e-mail and got the call at exact scheduled time. The first thing they'll ask is the programming language that you know the most. I took Java. Basically the concepts they asked were pretty fundamental. After interview, they would ask you to send code for a particular problem (mine was tic-tac-toe).
