Interview
Disorganized and very judgmental. Partners have no clue what they are actually looking for, and act as though they do. Met with some very unpleasant people, and some very disorganized people. Staff seemed intimidated and scared. There is an evident lack of communication as well as a lack of caring as it relates to people's time. What a waste of time.

Interview
I met with all four partners and was asked about my background and past experience. They told me about their need and path as a company. I found all four partners to be cordial, insightful and pleasant.
After the first interview concluded, I was asked to join them for a follow up interview and lunch. During the second day I met with other partners and accounting staff. All employees had great things to say about the company and working environment.
After a couple weeks I was informed that the company decided to go with a different candidate as he had 20+ years of experience. Bummer, as I feel like I would have been a perfect fit for their company, but I understand their choice. I wish them well.
