Initial communication to setup interview was very good. Lisa reponded promptly to all emails and provided me with information about thte job and organization with photos and links prior to the interview. The interview itself went very well. It was a relaxed open discussion on both sides where they went into deatil about the expectations of the job itself, but also what was expected culturally to work in this office. They are looking for someone that personally belives in their nonprofit mission and therefore will be there to support the company however needed. Although they did also stress the goal to maintain a good work/life balance with their employees. The follow up was good as well. Although I did not receive and offer, they did call me to let me know they had made another selection rather than waiting for me to contact them again before relaying the bad news.
