I applied online. I interviewed at Lakeshore Learning Materials (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Lakeshore was quick to acknowledge my interest. I received a phone call from HR shortly after applying and the interviews were set up. I had both a phone interview and also an in person interview. It was comfortable and engaging.

Interview
Lots of interviews. Incredible lack of communication from the company personnel once interviews completed. My last interview concluded with being told someone would get back to me shortly. Nothing. Multiple phone calls and an email with no response. Finally contacted a different recruiter on LinkedIn to see what was going on with the position, this must have prompted them to take action but as I at least got a reply stating they had filled the position .

Interview
Process took place over 3 interviews, 2 by phone and 1 in person. Each interview asked the same basic questions you'll receive in nearly any interview for management. What are your strengths? What is your management style? What are your weaknesses? What will you bring to the company if hired? My advice is to make sure you ask them plenty of questions about the company. Make sure this is the right job for you as it is more demanding than you might initially think and the expectations once hired may be different than you are used to in retail.
