Lakeview Health interview questions

on line application, phone call for interview, live one on one interview with HR Director. Questions were standard format: why this job, what is your experience (outlined on resume) where do you see yourself in five years... At conclusion HR assured me they would get back to me back to me either way within a week. Three weeks later and four emails from me, I then received a response "we are going in another direction, sorry we did not get back to you.

The interview was benign enough. Met with the director, 1:1. Also spoke with another counselor briefly who described the job expectations. Was asked questions about hypothetical situations surrounding patient care to assess my knowledge base, prioritization skills. Asked quite a few questions of the interviewing manager/director about workload, expectations, work environment.
