Very easy process, interviewed with Vice President of Operations, and met with the office manager. Reviewed job responsibilities, pay range and benefits with the office manager after the interview was over. Met with office staff and their other dispatcher. Very relaxed atmosphere during interview. Did not feel like I was being grilled. Received offer via email the next day.
