Very comfortable interview process, director was very kind and was very attentive during the interview. Was asked straightforward nursing intervention questions for chest pain, mental health patients, and sepsis. Director was very transparent about the unit, pay, hours/training etc.

I applied on indeed and got a text message to come to a hiring event. It was a hiring event so fairly quickly approximately 20 min for the interview but I was waiting for an additional 20 min because it was just one person completing the interview

Attended a hiring fair. Very straight forward, and the recruiting team got back to you within 24-48 hours. The nurse manager at the time was fairly easy to talk to, but I left thinking that I was not able to show much of myself. There also is the factor that a lot more candidates were waiting their turn.
