I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lanard Toys (Oxnard, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview was very straight forward and very pleasant. The questions were mostly pertaining to skills and how those skills could be applied on day to day assignments. The best part of the interview is a tour of the awesome studio where you get to see exactly what sort of things will be expected of you.
I first made contact with them though my school recruitment process and very briefly shown them my work. A week later, I've received a phone call from them asking me to interview with them in person. The interview was pretty straight forward, you sit in a room talking about your work with two designers, they will ask a few questions regarding the projects. Demonstrating proficient sketching and 3D modeling skills is definitely a plus.

Question 1
The Interview was casual and straight forward, just some questions regarding your work if it wasn't clear, nothing really out of the left field.
