Casual interview, went for a coffee and spoke about previous experience. Also spoke about interest in beauty, and how it’s a luxury brand. Working as a team. Targets and goals. Made me feel very comfortable.

Over the phone call with area manager, zoom interview, In store account manager sign off and store approval with boots and boots screening questions, retail generic questions, beauty specific experience.

What things can you do to bring clients to the counter and increase sales?
Very comfortable, I felt set up to succeed by the Interviewer. It was relaxed and actually fun, it felt like an enjoyable experience compared to other interviews I have had in the beauty industry

Really easy interview process. Fortunately mine was really laid back and felt more like a conversation between friends discussing beauty.
Took place in a coffee shop with the area manager who was really lovely and very honest. Like I said it felt more like an informal conversation which made me feel at ease.
