The first round is a very simple phone interview, and then a technical interview with a senior developer and HR manager. The final round is to negotiate salary, criminal check, and reference check.
Easy interview, asked general interview questions, asked if I could follow basic instructions, needed to be able to work without constant supervision, needed to be able to travel sometimes stay over night in small towns

Interview
Most casual interview I've ever experienced. No questions were asked. The owner reviewed my resume and decided on the spot I was qualified to start. He told me how much I would be making, gave a brief explanation of what I'd be doing and asked if I could start on a certain date.
