The interview process is a two-part process which includes a coding challenge and system design challenge, along with meeting some of the team and behavioural questions.
Everyone I met in the interviews were very friendly and open. The developers brief you on the challenges and ensure you have a good understanding before you start, they will also help prompt you should there be any moments when they would like more information.
Overall, I feel the interview process is good as it ensures that both the interviewee and the team at LandTech get a good idea if the company / potential employee are a good fit.
