Good overall good. The interviewer did not ask that many questions and when they did most of them I was prepared for. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I felt easy to comunicate with the person

The interview was informal and questions were about ability to spot conflicts of interest. I was not given an opportunity to ask questions for myself about the company or role. I never heard back at all from Lander & Roger’s regarding the position even after following up their HR who organised the interview. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly and approachable. Some challenging and interesting questions. interviewers genuinely made an effort to get to know you and determine your fit in the team. Questions ranged from general team work STAR scenarios and why you want to work for Landers over other firms.
