Interview
During my first interview, I met with HR for roughly 40 minutes. Very "normal" HR interview. Then I met with the Grounds supervisor and went over my experience and what would be required in the position. For the second interview I met with with the people that I would potentially be working with. They had the opportunity to ask me questions about my work history/experience. I thought this was really cool for the current employees to get to interact with me and then give feedback to the supervisor about me.

How would my strengths fit in with Landis Homes' mission statement?
Fair and respectful. Pretty laidback. HR seems to be committed to maintaining a strong, respectful team of workers. I liked the community values. Lots of good people work there. Like all large organizations it seems like there are political questions to navigate in decision making.
