Applied online on a Monday and received a call from a recruiter the following day. Then spoke to the regional director a couple days later.
Had an in person interview with the gm and the head chef the following week.
I was in training by the following week.
From the day I sent in my resume and started training it took a total of 2 weeks.

Sat with the ad went over pointiant questions and was a very short interview, we mostly discussed previous work experience and the culture of Landrys. Expectations of the employees and proper procedure
