Phone Interview - Interviewer was very friendly, made the process very relaxed and conversational. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. The questions were based straight from the job requirement description just to have me explain how I fit the bill based on what they claimed they were looking for. The interview itself was very standard and straight forward, the follow up was terrible. It took them 5-6 months to tell me that I wasn't chosen. After the interview she mentioned it was welcomed for me to check in for the status of the process and when I checked in one, two, and 3 months later I was told they still hadn't moved forward with any thing and were still interviewing candidates but that I was still in consideration. I'm glad I gave up after month 3 and moved on with a different position.
