Sent resume, phone interview, brief, phone interview, tests, orientation and throw to the lions, drug and background checked, salary and schedule discussed. Very easy process. tested on the phone on both languages and offered job after passed tests

Interview
Recruiter called for a phone interview to check out my available hours and experience. Then he set me up for an oral exam for role playing different interpreter call situations. After I passed that, he arranged for an 8-hour training session (paid) over the phone, to teach us how to handle calls, manage the log-in system, etc.

Interview
Applied online. There was an interview to test interpreting skills and customer service. After that the was another interview to test English. Was asked to elaborate on a climate change for 20 minutes. Test for interpreting - medical, insurance and banking. Need to know how to take notes as plenty of information is provided.
