      Customer Service Representative Interview

      10 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Vancouver, WA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LanguageLink (Vancouver, WA) in Jan 2013

      Interview

You are asked as a lot of questions about how you do under pressure, feel about customer services, and what you would do in some situations involving interpreters or clients. You will be talked to about the importance of attendance because it is a call center and errors that may disqualify you from getting hired on with the actual company after 90 days.

      Question 1

What would you do if a client called in and asked for a language not listed on our supported languages?
