I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lanier Ford (Huntsville, AL)
Interview
The initial interview process was very relaxed and comfortable. She asked about my experience and told me about the positions the firm had available. When I interviewed with the attorneys, they were both present and discussed their particular practices and administrative needs. I was encouraged to ask questions as well. The interview process was relaxed, inviting and informative.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lanier Ford (Huntsville, AL) in Jan 2011
Interview
Streamlined. I submitted an application (resume, cover letter, transcript) via my school's career development office and was contacted about one week later. Phone interview from the recruiter seeking mostly to find out my interest in the firm, specifically, and why the city as well. After that, was contacted via phone by the hiring partner for a more informal chat, similar to a callback interview seeking to determine "fit." Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and the process was relatively quick.
