You receive an initial call and then take an assessment every employee takes. Phone Interview and they skype you taking the assessment again to ensure it's you taking the test but they aren't watching per se. Recruiters are great and are on top of things. If you pass you get notified but it's just a cognitive test so not hard just timed.
