There are three in person interviews. Two are them are led by the regional sales managers and the final is with the director of Sales. My interview was before Covid so I am sure these policies have changed dramatically.

Quick and easy. Once the test is passed you are hired. You will have now say in negotiating. Previous experience does not matter. just know you will only be there for six months to a year. You will get atleast one promotion.

Phone interview started with "Do you have any questions for me?" which threw me off, but I've prepared some questions and made quite a good impression to the recruiter. It is more like a conversation then interview.
