First phase of online recruitment is a online test it conduct general knowledge, personal intelligence, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal intelligence after that we have a telephonic hr interview it consist of a self introduction followed by real world scenario given and our attitude towards the problem should be explained and personality, leadership qualities, problem solving skill all of them will be understand by given different situation and how we will be react to that situation. It is a good experience for me.
