The selection process is based on the specialization in M.Tech.As I belong to Structural engineering There were two rounds 1.Technical round,2.Person interview. Technical round consists of Aptitude and technical questions. The next round is interview.The questions in the first round were based on logical reasoning. In the technical questions section the questions are based on the structural engineering topics like pre stressed concrete,bending moment diagrams,reinforced concrete structures etc.

In the interview they have asked about myself. The projects I have done. There is personal bio-data form about ourselves to be filled before the interview. They asked about the skills required for team leader.

it was a good experience. technical and HR round was there in a single interview. technical questions were mostly basics. if you know the basics of the field that you are in then you will surely crack the interview. HR questions were why Larsen and Toubro? If you are placed in a city far away from your home will you accept the offer?
First Round consists of an online exam. It covers topics of Aptitude and Engineering Background.
It is necessary to clear all the three sections of Aptitude and Technical sections to qualify.
Personal Interview was moderate to tough. The Panel was supportive and encouraging.

Test and interview at head office powai
Test was technical only. Gate level.
Interview was 10 min. Interview was fairly moderate. It did not have many technical questions. The hr related question was to explain one philosophical sentence given at random.
