Hi , everyone Hope you are in final year of B.tech in your college . i am sharing about INTERVIEW PROCESS of L&t construction mainly of CIVIL engineering (who are NEXT AFTER GOD for creating the new ADVANCED infrastructure world).
i am dividing whole process in Stages:
Stage 1:
You will be shortlisted in college like TOP 40 or TOP 20 or TOP 10 or even may be TOP 5 as per your college status in L&t"s preference list who will be applying for various interview rounds .
Stage 2 :
Actually its Round 1 : where 111 questions of ENGLISH And QUANTITATIVE type will be asked to answer in online mode exam within 80 mins .
suggestion : try to attempt all questions in good speed with accuracy , the questions are medium in level . For english solve INDIA BIX and for QUANTITATIVE solve R s agarwal .
Round 2 : you will be shortlisted for PI from 1st Round as per your score yes , i felt there was some minimum cutoff in our Test only those people got shortlisted for PI who crossed that cutoff.

Question 1
1. Some simple Hr questions related to family members to make you comfortable for technical questions.
2. What is M20? what is the standard size of cube for various testing?
3. What is wet parameter in WEIRS /NOTCHES ? various terms of Weirs and their definition?
4. Draw the cross section of Road .
5. Explain BBS ? even gave some questions to calculate for BBS.
6. what is the density of cement?
7. How to construct Road Edges parts ?
OA, interview process happened after a few days of OA result, there were 2 people in the panel one technical and one HR . i was asked quite a few questions that i was able to answer without any problems.
Online , technical interview and hriday interview combined, core electrical questions, personality questions, over all good and good interviewers, prepare core electrical concepts, also prepare well regarding your projects. Etc etc.... Overall good experience all the best

well structured and proper instruction and set up , prepared well with what skills the applicant has mentioned in the resume. explain the projects completed and what is your contribution in it, basic skill knowledge and proper communication knowledge needed.
