I applied through university. I interviewed at Larsen & Toubro
Interview
. I was the 2nd person to be interviewed. After a 45 minute long interview of the 1st candidate, I entered the room and to my utter surprise found a lady sitting as an interviewer (you know that gender ratio is a topic much discussed in construction industry and yes, the ratio really worsens when you come to site). Not much going into the detail, how the company is, its pros and cons, lets come directly to the interview. (An advice to the juniors: Try to avoid the technical part because technically it was a petty interview, but if possible try to focus on the HR part)
