In the Interview process we have minimum two rounds.In that case first round written exam and second round GD round.and the final round we have the HR round.In the final round the HR ask some kind of questions like About company mission and vision about companies.
Very hectic, lengthy and very complex, I just went there and the process continues, I found difficulty in the arrangements and processing the processes, I don't know what I am saying but you might ignore it and continue with your job,
Interview is very brainstorming, rounds are taken with very high intensity so that they can find a perfect fit for the position.
HR are very comfortable with your explanation never feel embarrassed to share your true view.
