Sandy is awesome and fair. She was very personable, polite, and straightforward about my job duties and expectations. Sandy made the interview comfortable and stress-free. She also took good care of me post interview by helping me throughly throughout the whole hiring process.

Interview
there is no interview process for the position in which I was hired for. I was called out of my local Union hall. I still had to do the background check as well as the standard drug test prior to being allowed to start work.
