My interview was a little different than most. Lasik Plus breaks up their interviews into three separate meetings, one video chat interview and two in person with two small groups. With my schedule, they were able to accommodate and combine the last two interviews into one, one hour interview with six employees from different areas of the company. This did sound a little intimidating, but all six of them are so welcoming, personable, and patient, that hour flew by. They were very in depth with their questions, asking about past employment, scenario questions as well as questions about myself to ensure that I was the right fit for the position. I would definitely recommend preparing for this interview. Review your resume, practicing and talking with a friend or family member on interview questions and research the company and the position details you are applying for. This was a wonderful interview experience and would highly suggest to anyone who is looking for a career change with a company that wants you to succeed.
