I had two interviews followed by a case study, and after two weeks from the beginning I got an offer, and they were very flexible with my starting date. The case study came back with questions and feedback, which was very beneficial for my start. I felt the process was very effective and mindful of everyone's time, especially for the fact I was on a work permit.
