      Apartment Manager Interview

      24 Feb 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Latter & Blum

      Interview

I interview over the phone and then in person. The interview was professional and serious but not intimidating. The interview was for a specific property that needed lots of work for a potential sale. The job paid less that most position at other properties because of the lack of income at the property.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked if I would be nervous to work in a high crime area on a major renovation project.
