Interview
Pretty basic and minimal. Had a phone screen then one on one with recruiter. Then in person with couple members of the team I would be working with. Pretty standard tech questions about networking, software, programs, troubleshooting and personality/capability. Overall they were looking for someone who fit with the group.

Interview
The recruiter made contact via social media. There was a quick screen call followed by an offer. It was less than 24 hours from first contact until I had an offer in my hands. There was no negotiation involved.
