Was a very odd process. They have a complicated interview management tool that wasn't very very reliable. Lengthy process that sent mixed signals throughout...hiring manager would ask me for an interview, then it wouldn't come through, and had to follow up several times. It also became clear throughout the process that the company has some significant cultural challenges that they were trying to address with new hires, but hasn't been completely addressed with existing employees.
