My experience with the interview process was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout—I had to constantly chase for basic updates, and there was no transparency on next steps. It felt like applicants were left in the dark rather than being kept informed.
The first interview was by far the worst I’ve had. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but the interviewer showed up 10 minutes late without any notice. Instead of acknowledging the delay, they rushed through the process, barely giving me a chance to discuss my career or the role itself. The entire interview was cut to just 15 minutes with no explanation, which came across as highly unprofessional.
For a company hiring for senior roles, this approach is unacceptable. It felt more like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine attempt to assess candidates. I strongly suggest improving the interview process and providing proper training to staff on how to conduct professional interviews.

Question 1
Nothing it was just a rushed process that the interviewer had no idea about what she was doing
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Laundryheap (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Pros
Interviewers were polite and seemed knowledgeable during the three stages.
The role itself sounded interesting.
Cons
Zero constructive feedback: After three interview rounds I received only a generic rejection email. No pointers on what went well or how to improve.
Missed self-imposed deadlines: More than one promised response date passed without any update, leaving me in limbo.
Poor candidate care: The combination of silence and broken timelines felt inconsiderate, especially given the time I invested.
Glassdoor reviews suggest this lack of feedback is standard practice here.
Advice to management
Respect candidates’ time by meeting the communication deadlines you set and offering at least brief, actionable feedback after multiple interview stages. It reflects on your employer brand—and it’s simply the right thing to do. Also, ensure GDPR data-deletion requests are handled promptly and confirmed in writing.
