      Field Marketing Manager Interview

      5 Aug 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LawVu in Jul 2025

      Interview

Friendly and casual, but in a the end a giant waste of time. They had me go through four different interviews and then presented their decision as if they had decided to go with someone else who had a particular skill set - ok, that's fine. Yet, two days later they simply re-posted the job, which felt shady because at no point in my interviews was this really a point of discussion or something that seemed like a major factor (in fact, other points seemed more prevalent in our discussions) so it seems that they either don't know what they want or it's not actually a real position and maybe it's just listed so they can show they are a growing company? They couldn't tell me their pay range, just assured that we were "aligned," so that probably should have been a red flag. I'm not sure, regardless, it felt like a giant waste of time in the end.
