One interview with the head of recruitment. Felt the interview went quite well. Answered all of his questions so I was a bit surprised when three weeks later I received the thank you but no thank you email. For starters I did follow up after 1 week to see if if there was an update and did not receive any response. Two weeks later I received the email confirming I was not successful. I’m OK with this type of situation I get it but when I responded back asking for some feedback to improve my skills I was ghosted. Very poor, especially coming from the head of recruitment.. Vancouver is a very small market so companies should really learn to treat all candidates with respect. it doesn’t take more than five minutes to write a response when a candidate asks for feedback.
