The recruiting team called for initial interview and was set up for a follow up call to set up face to face interview. The recruiting team was going through re-structuring so I had to call them back. Once a one one was scheduled, met with the manager and conducted interview.

Interview
Common two-phase separate interviews on the same day. Phone screening occurred first. Interview in person scheduled next. First, person did a Q&A and was the direct supervisor Lead person of the department. Then, the department manager came in separately to finish the Q&A interview. Hired over the next two days.
